About these terms
These placeholder terms cover use of the The Daily Spend website and early access list at thedailyspend.com. Final terms will be published before the public launch and will replace this draft.
Early access
The Daily Spend is in pre-launch. Joining the early access list does not guarantee a place, a launch date, or any particular feature or price. Early access places are offered in batches, in the order people joined.
What the service will do
When launched, the service will analyse statements and invoices you upload and produce a report highlighting possible duplicate payments, subscriptions, price rises and odd charges. Reports highlight items for you to check — they are information only, not financial advice, and findings should be verified before you act on them.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload documents you are entitled to share with us.
- Check flagged items before cancelling payments or challenging charges.
- Keep any account details we issue to you secure.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access areas or data that are not yours, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Liability
The website and early access list are provided "as is" during pre-launch. Nothing in these draft terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
